We are using the most modern CAD software. With powerful programmes such as AutoCAD, CATIA V5 and SIEMENS NX, we design new transport systems and simulate their application. This results in helpful information for the subsequent design.

From the individual piece to series production!

Your prototype is created in our modern company in Germany, Erasbach. Qualified employees with many years of experience in the field of steelworks, transport frame and special load carrier construction put all their skills into fulfilling your ideas.

You have built a dummy yourself? Wonderful! We will take care of your already manufactured prototypes and check them for accuracy and readiness for series production.

Our goal is to develop a product that is ready for series production in order to ensure smooth manufacturing. In the pre-series, the results of the entire process phase are transferred and optimised if necessary. Starting with the receipt of goods, through incoming inspections to storage, we ensure that all components and assemblies can be traced, carry out the specified tests accompanying production and ensure the complete function of the end product.

Special load carriers made of steel mean a long-term investment for you. At the same time, the various vehicle models are constantly being further developed and after two to three years your special constructions do not fit anymore.

Our solution for you: We rework your load carriers for new applications. In many cases, this is an economical alternative. Depending on the size and complexity of the required works, you can save up to 50 percent in comparison to a new purchase.

Thanks to our great manufacturing depth and modern equipment, we can implement rework projects easily and efficiently. From the pickup of the load carrier to the disposal of the unneeded parts, we are there for you.

We invest in the technologies of the future. In our own company, too, of course. We are using state-of-the-art measuring and testing equipment in our proper production hall. State-of-the-art measuring machines enable absolute dimensional accuracy in the design of our special load carriers and containers. This enables us to anticipate whether they can really be fitted precisely into your automated production processes. Precise measurement is indispensable here in particular to ensure a smooth production process.

In addition to measuring machines, we also use a mobile test system for tactile measurements.

With each of our testing devices, load tests under extreme conditions are simulated on the load carriers. This guarantees you safe use.

We produce quickly, precisely and cost-effectively

Our customers benefit from our many years of experience in the field of plastics manufacturing and toolmaking. State-of-the-art technology is available today to realize customers’ mold ideas dimensionally, graphically or through prototypes. With an eye for what is feasible, we support our customers in implementing their wishes and bring ideas into shape.

All injection molds are designed in our technical department and manufactured in our own tool manufacturing facility. The injection molds we build at Transpofix’s tool construction department are as diverse as the parts they are used to produce.
Multifunctional injection molded products made of elastic materials as well as soft pillow solutions are also part of our core competence.
